plus: - only 4 rooms (two with shared bathroom, two with own bathroom) - quiet area - located only 10 min. to city center - landlord was very friendly (no english, but strong roman accent :)) - italian breakfast in bar next door (we had to remind him for this) minus: - the shared bathroom was not very clean - the heating in our room was dripping constantly
