Very, very good value for money! In fact a private appartment, split up in several (3?) rooms. Good beds. Clean rooms, showers and toilets. Nearby main trainstation Termini (5 min walk), and busterminal to airports. Free Wifi available. Use of coffeemaker, teapot, fridge and microwave. Downside is that it is a very busy area, so there's a lot of noise. A little difficult to find also, as there is virtually no sign at the door (check the names at the doorbell). Visited in feb 2012.
