The Bed and Breakfast DA VINCI has just been totally renovated with new toilets and showers through out so you can expect a clean, fresh place when you stay at DA VINCI.
DA VINCI is situated at the second floor of a beautiful '800 building (with lift) its rooms are equipped with private bathroom facilities with shower, tv, free wifi, air conditioning, lines, towels and hairdryer.
A small breakfast is included and coffee, tea, milk, and croassants are available all day long.
Cleaning are daily and a dedicated telephone number will always answer you for any question, from tourist informations to accidentally issues.

Once you get your room key, there's no limit of time. It's like you have your own house in Rome.
There's no check in desk and you have to communicate the arrival time by email or by phone. Check-out is at 11.00 and check-in is at 13.00 but, when it's possible, rooms can be occupied out of these hours.
B&B DA VINCI is situated in the heart of Rome just 7mins walking to Colosseum and the Central train station Termini. You can easily visit the city walking without take any transportation, anyway, the subway line A (Vittorio Emanuele) is just next to our door to get to Vatican City in around 10mins and the bus stop is just in front its main door.
The B&B location is definitely the best area to fully enjoy the city of Rome.
