Overseas B&B

This guesthouse consists of 20 rooms with private en-suite and many rooms have private bathroom, air conditioning and TV. We also have rooms with shared bathroom. All rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is family-run, and the rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and spacious.

Breakfast is included and there is room service available. The house is quiet and peaceful and is ideally located near Termini Station in a nice XIX century building with a courtyard. Recently renovated, linen and towels are provided and there is hot water available 24 hours a day. Also included in the price is gas and electricity - there are no additional costs.

*Please note, for the rooms with shared bathroom we have also 1 appartment is not in the same building were is located the reception but is only 1min. on walk.

Its ideal position makes it an ideal starting point to visit Rome and its marvellous attractions. We are within walking distance to all major attractions including Navona Square, the Pantheon, Campo de Fiori, the Roman Colosseum and , as well as Piazza di Spagna and San Giovanni in Laterano. Piazza della Repubblica is only 15 minutes away on foot.
There is an open-air market every day which continues until 2pm where you can find loads of bargains. Also in the area are cheap bars and authentic Italian restaurants. We will be delighted to make suggestions on how to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.

In case of either no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours) the first's night stay will be charged.

Our B&B rules after check-in:
For cancel the rest of your stay (after check-in), you must cancel before 12.00 p.m ( 1 day before) your check-out.
If you want we have also check-in on line service free (you don't need waiting for check-in in airport so you have more time to visit Rome at your departure) for give you the best service also when you leaving from Rome.
If you plan or train in the aft noon or evening, after check-out you can leave your luggage in our reception ( free cost).

 

Located Near

Our B&B islocated only 5 minuts from Termini station. It is close to the subway line A and B and to the attractions of Rome.
