Time of arrival is important to me and to you. If you don't update me with the time of arrival I can't guarantee that will be somebody to wait for you. I don't have an open reception for 24 hours.
If you say that the time of arrival is 12 and you don't show up in 2 hours and you don't even call me on my cell phone to tell me about you delay I will sell the room.
Internet acces means in our Guest House: bring your laptop with you because we have free Wireless connection free of charge !!!
Payment of the balance is upon arrival.
You must give us 72 hours notice of your cancellation by email or fax. Failing to do so will result in a one-night's charge on your card.
We don't accept phone cancellations.
During New Year's Eve we only sell packages of minimum 3 nights. The nights to be included are 30, 31st of Dec and 1st of Jan. Booking changes are not allowed during this time.

Sam Room has 5 rooms and it is a 3 star little hotel in an apartment building, which was opened on March 29, 2006. Each room is equipped with LCD TV + satelite, safety deposit box, air cool, mini fridge and wireless internet connection. ....so bring your laptop.
Sam Guest Houses has two rooms with its own private bathroom in the hallway: the single and the triple.
Check out at 10am !!!
