Located near the Colosseum, we provide affordable but comfortable private rooms and a very friendly service. Our aim was to create a guesthouse where people can feel relaxed and at home, while they are in Rome.

Check in is possible from 9.30 in the morning. Check out at 10.30 in the morning. No curfew. It is possible to make reservations for maximum two rooms on the same day.
NOTE: Since January 1st 2011, all visitors to Rome have to pay a Tourist Tax. This is a council tax. The accommodations have to collect the tax on behalf of the council. This tax is therefor NOT part of the price of the accommodation.
Cash for payment of balance on arrival only.
Sleeping Beauty is situated in front of the San Giovanni Basilica, in the historical centre of Rome, about 10 minutes walking distance east of the Colosseum and Ancient Rome.
Behind the church you can get on the bus to the Catacombs.
To visit other famous places such as Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and so on, you can take the underground and reach them in 10 minutes.
The Vatican, which is situated at the other side of the city, can be reached in 20 minutes as well on the underground.
Finally we are lucky to have a direct bus running from our street to Trastevere.
