Welcome to our cosy Italian B&B - we want you to feel at home here in central Rome!
Each of our rooms have been tastefully decorated and include tons of free stuff: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safety deposit box, tea and coffee facilities, a toaster, linen, hair dryer, in-room fridge, iron and ironing board and central heating. We have 24hr Internet in our lounge area and air conditioning and towels on request.
Our rooms have parquet floors and en suite bathrooms and are perfect for families with children or for groups of 2, 3, 4 and 5 people. Many of the rooms are two double rooms which have been joined together, so they're as big as mini-apartments.

We are situated in the heart of the centre of Rome. Between railway station 'Termini' and the 'Colosseum'. All tourist sites are very near: 'Colosseum': 15 minutes walk 'Forum Romanum': 15 minutes walk 'Circus Maximus': 15 minutes walk. 'Basilica San Giovanni': 10 minutes walk: 'Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore': 5 minutes walk. 'Vatican': 15 minutes underground 'Spanish Steps': 5 minutes underground. 'Trevi Fountain': 5 minutes underground. All other tourist sites are equally close. Excellent public transport in our street: Tram, bus and underground. Direct connection to 'Trastevere' for your evening entertainment. We will give you a free map of the city when you arrive, and lots of tips and explanations.
