Posada Casa Felicia B & B is a bed and breakfast that promotes a way of welcoming equitable and sustainable.

Our accommodation has rooms with en suite facilities. Located a short walk from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto is 800 meters from the Riviera delle Palme. A cycle track can be found about 300 meters from our hotel, so a visit to the Riviera for a path length of about 10 km from north to south the coast with a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea.

The recently renovated building dating back to the early 900, and was the mill of the High Country of San Benedetto del Tronto where there is the homonymous Church Patron and the Tower of Gualtieri. In just 10 minutes you can walk to the pedestrian area which leads to the Via XX Settembre Lighthouse and Marina. Possibility of boat trips, trekking in the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains, visiting medieval villages, historic theaters and cities such as Ascoli Piceno and Fermo.
