The house is in excellent conditions and constantly renewed and cleaned by the enthusiastic owner Francesca. Gardening is amazing, relax and comforts are waiting for you.

Renting a car would be perfect if travelling to the beach or to the mountains as there are no strong public transport connections.

It is located just 9Km from Senigallia and the beach, in close proximity to the village of Castel Colonna, an ancient and tiny castle surrounded by XIII century walls. The house is conveniently linked with the sea-town thanks to a verdant B-Road that crosses the countryside. Also nearby, there are several medieval towns and villages featuring typical strong culinary and wine traditions.
