How to reach us (by car) If you come from the A4 milano-padova-venezia be careful because after the exit padova est there's a fork in the motorway and you must keep the right following for venezia-aeroporto. After about 10 km, at the motorway's exit venezia-mestre, pay the toll and take immediately the first exit on your right following the direction to venezia-ravenna / mestre-marghera; you'll get to a big roundabout: take the second exit on the right, direction marghera (immediately after the 'total fina' gas-station), and you'll arrive at a small roundabout (piazzale parmesan), take the third street (via calvi): we are at the end of this street on the left side before q8 petrol station. From a27 belluno -venezia motorway's exit; pay the toll and follow the direction to tangenziale / venezia-milano a4; go on the tangeziale for nearly 10 km and take the last exit following the direction to marghera / chioggia-ravenna, you'll get to a big circle, take the third exit on the right, direction marghera (immediately after the 'total fina' gas-station), you'll arrive to a small circle (piazzale parmesan), take the third street (via calvi), we are at the end of this street on the left side before q8 petrol station. If you come from the a4 trieste-udine-venezia after the exit san dona'- noventa continue straight for about 17 km; here be careful because there is a fork in the motorway and you must keep right following for venezia-aeroporto / venezia est. At the motorway's exit venezia est pay the toll and follow the direction to tangenziale / a4 milano-venezia; go on the tangeziale for about 14 km, than take the last exit following the direction to ravenna/chioggia-marghera. You'll get to a big roundabout, take the third exit on the right, direction marghera (immediately after the 'total fina' gas-station), and you'll arrive at a small roundabout, take the third street (via calvi), we are at the end of this street on the left side before q8 petrol station. From e 45 ravenna-chioggia the normal state street, you'll arrive to a big circle, take the second exit to venezia-milano a4 and go on along this super-strada. At the end of it you'll get to another big roundabout, take the exit to marghera, the first on your right (immediately after the 'total fina' gas-station); you'll arrive to a small roundabout (piazzale parmesan), take the third street via calvi, we are at the end of this street on the left side before q8 petrol station. (by train) Get off in the venice-mestre station; It is just 900 meters away from our hotel; so from the train station you can get here by foot in 15 min. (if you don�t have heavy luggage); passing through the subway following marghera direction exit; you'll get in a small street (via ulloa), at the end of this street you' ll find a roundabout (piazzale giovannacci), take the 1st on the right (viale paolucci) and go straight ahead to the end of the road, you' ll see a supermarket (called ali) on the right and the q8 petrol station in front of you, as well as your sign 'villa graziella', we are there in the first street right into via luigi coletti, 6. If you don't want to walk, you can decide to take the public bus no.15 the stop is just in front of the station (the last one to marghera is until 21.15') and get off at the last bus stop of viale paolucci (in front of the ali' supermarket); continue forward for about 50 m. You'll see the q8 petrol station and our sign, we are there in the first street right to via luigi coletti, 6.the bus from the station takes about 5'/10' minutes and the ticket costs only 1,10 euro per person. Taxi is the easiest way to arrive, you can catch it in front of mestre train station; it costs about 16 euro (max. 4 people). (by air) From the venice 'marco polo' airport; - by public bus no.15; (the last one to marghera is until 20.30') and get off at the last bus stop of viale paolucci (in front of the ali' supermarket); continue forward for about 50 m. The journey takes about 30/40' minutes, we suggest you to buy the ticket at the airport , it costs only 1,10 euro per person. - by atvo fly bus; (the last one is at 24.20') and get off at mestre-venice train station which is located just 900 meters from us (15 min. The bus from the airport takes about 30/40' minutes, we suggest you to first buy the ticket at the airport, Its costs 3,00 euro per person. From the treviso 'antonio canova' airport; There is a bus shuttle atvo, service managed by 'ryan air' from treviso airport directly to Mestre train station and then to venice-piazzale roma (bus terminus); trip takes about 50'/60' minutes. We suggest to get off at mestre railway station, is just 900 meters far from us. Then follow the directions stated in 'arriving by train'.
