The location is excellent ! Far away from touristic locns but still just a 8min walk to the centre. Very easy to find the place, if you follow the directions as mentioned in the site. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom ! Breakfast was included in the price , so that was a plus and Santos the caretaker was very very kind and helpful. Next time in Venice, I would definitely book this place once again !
