This B&B is set in two houses so we have many different types of rooms available. We have single, double, triple and quad rooms. Some rooms have views on the square in Campo San Geremia or on the street in Rio Ter?an Leonardo. All rooms have private bathroom.

To suit all guests in the main building in Campo San Geremia there is a curfew of 1:00 a.m. While in our other building in Rio Ter?an Leonardo, there is no curfew.
The prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come. Breakfast is not included in the price. We offer guests 15 minutes of free internet access.

We are located 5 minutes from the train station Santa Lucia and the Ghetto, 10 minutes from the bus station Piazzale Roma and 25 minutes from S. Marco's square.
