Ca\'Biennale is a nice and completely furnished private apartment with typical wooden beam ceiling , located in the lively Castello district, in the heart of Venice: with a short but panoramic walk guess can easily reach one of the most beautiful square of the world: St. Mark\'s square.
Ca\'Biennale has an independent front door and is composed by a kitchen, completely furnished with fridge, gas stove and electrical oven, a small sitting room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double queen size bed, and a big modern and restored bathroom with shower.
The apartment is furnished with: independent heating system, bath shower, electric oven, washing machine, LCD television, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner.
Utilities are included.
The flat is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: 10 euro per person (obligatory).
Check in: from 3.00p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Check out: until 10.00 a.m.
For arrivals after 8.00p.m. there will be an additional charge of 30 euro.
***Please contact the property within three days before the check in to comunicate all the info we may need to organize you arrival (time of arrival, mobile number, needs of bedlinen, etc.)

Venice tourist tax, starting from 24/08/11:
The municipality of Venice recently introduced a law, which impose EVERY hotel, hostel, apartment or b&b in the City to charge every guest of a new Tourist Tax.
The amount is of 1,5 euros (per person, per night) during the high season, which goes from the 1st April to the 31st of October, and the following periods:
- Carnival(4thFebruary-22nd February)
- The week of Easter (from Wednesday before Easter to the following Tuesday)
- The week that include the 8th december
- 23rd dicember-6th January
The rest of the year, so during low season, it\'s 0,75 euros.
