- The breakfast could be improved with fresh bread or croissant. - The top floor shower head is broken and should be exchanged. It's better to shower without! - A bin in the room or adding some cups would be a nice and cheap improvement. - There was lot's of dust at the walls of room nr. 10 + Very, very nice veranda!!! + Fast feedback on emails

The B & B was lovely...extremely clean and pretty...very close to St Marco Square, yet you feel in the middle of Venice...the views out the windows wre lovely too.
