Visitors shoud be advised to check the name of the station at San Marco from which they disembark because there are two possible locations and the contact person will need to know that information in order to meet and guide them to the apartment. Not a comment on the apartment, but every night from midnight until at least 2 a.m. two or three very loud and talkative women close to the apartment carried on their conversation with no regard that someone may want to sleep. I was lucky to have brought ear plugs. The street below can be noisy at times with foot traffic and pedestrians hailing one another at all hours. Our room was not ready but we were given a room in the same building for the night and could move in next day. There is no wifi but that did not bother us. No breakfast with lodeging but there are several places to eat close by. We would definitely stay there again.
