Ca\' giardini is a 60sqm recently renovated luminous apartment, located in a peaceful and pleasant venetian calle (street), where you can still find authentic venetian everyday life, away from the usual tourist routes.
The apartment is situated on the first floor, with an independent front door, and can host up to 4 people. Once entered, you will find a room to store bulky objects (luggage, pushchairs, etc.). After having climbed the small stairs, the house opens up to a cosy living room with typical wooden beam ceiling and natural wood floor, with a fully equipped kitchen. A small access corridor connects you to the bathroom and to the double bedroom. In front of the kitchen there is a pretty lounge area with a sofa bed, which can be utilized as a second bedroom.
The apartment is furnished with: air conditioning, wall heating system, bath shower, microwave oven, washing machine, television, hi-fi, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, cot and child\'s chair.the apartment has been recently renovated, so conditions are very good.
Tv, utilities, crockery are included.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning: 40 euros (obligatory).
Check in: from 3.00p.m. To 7.00 p.m.
Check out: until 10.00 a.m.
Please contact the property at least 2 days before your arrival to communicate the time of your arrival.
For arrivals after 7.00p.m. There will be an additional charge of 40 euro.
Payment by cash at the arrival.

The municipality of venice recently introduced a law, which impose every hotel, hostel, apartment or b&b in the city to charge every guest of a new tourist tax.
The amount is of 1,5 euros (per person, per night) during the high season, which goes from the 1st april to the 31st of october, and the following periods:
- carnival(4thfebruary-22nd february)
- the week of easter (from wednesday before easter to the following tuesday)
- the week that include the 8th december
- 23rd dicember-6th january
The rest of the year, so during low season, it\'s 0,75 euros.
