Paradise Monticello Villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house has ample living and dining areas, both inside and out, and comfortably houses seven people.

The master bedroom suite has large doors leading to a balcony with breathtaking sea and golf course views. It is furnished with a Caribbean traditional four-poster bed complete with canopy. The room also has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. This master bedroom suite is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan.

The second bedroom also has extensive views of the ocean, with large doors that lead to a terrace that overlooks the golf course and the sea. It is furnished with a four-poster canopied bed. The room is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is located on the main floor and is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. It is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an adjoining child's room(bedroom four, furnished with a single bed) and an en-suite bathroom.
