Plenty of good and cheap restaurants and coffee bars in the vicinity. There are 6 bedrooms and 1 studio on the flat, 2 bathrooms (+1 for the studio), in total about 250 sq.meters , plenty of hot water at any time,fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, 3 nice balconies and 1 very beautiful terrace.
Everything is in a very good shape (almost new). Some rooms are air conditioned. Cable TV in every room, WiFi connection .
