Greetings! I am Dave and my Private Home Stay Guesthouse accommodation is your home in Johor Bahru, Malaysia with rooms which are fully furnished and bathroom/pantry attached. To do what you want to do, the way you want to do with very little or no restrictions at all.
It is the first of its kind Home Stay accommodation in Johor Bahru for business, budget and group travelers traveling through the southern gate of Malaysia.
You can enjoy two types of guesthouse accommodation that I offer to travelers. For single or small group travelers you have the option to select the room type accommodations or the whole house accommodation.
The whole guesthouse accommodation type is the first of its kind Home Stay concept in Johor Bahru that gives travelers that come down to Johor Bahru for conventions, meetings, family weddings or functions to book the entire house for your own use to do what you want to do on a daily basis. My guesthouse accommodation is fully furnished with cooking and laundry facilities. Truly a home away from home accommodation for travelers.
You can enjoy a personal and cozy atmosphere in a fine neighborhood located 3.5km from Johor Bahru city. As a Home Stay you will find no better as its first and only one of its kind in Home Stay concept in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Taman Sentosa opposite the STORE Shopping Centre. Tell the bus driver you want to get down at Taman Sentosa there is a famous landmark, STORE Shopping Centre. Bus Fare is RM 1.80 to 2 per person. A taxi direct from Senai Airport ( 35km) to JBGuesthouse would cost RM 40. Please take note that if you are taking the bus, there is two STORE shopping centre, the one near the guesthouse is the nearest of the two from the city. Once the bus passes thru Crystal Crown hotel on your left, stop at the next bus stop, where you will find Domino pizza , then cross the road to the STORE. The guesthouse is located directly behind a bank RHB Bank which is opposite the STORE shopping centre.
