The house is situated on a calm and peaceful street in the middle of St Julian's and Sliema (Balluta Bay). It takes you away from the heavy traffic, street and nightlife noise but is less than 500 meters from beaches, Sliema shopping district, buses, restaurants and stores. Paceville (Malta's biggest clubbing area) is about 15 minutes walk away, close... but trust me, you don't want to live too close.
