Suites Fenicia Playa del Carmen has fully furnished studios with everything you need to feel just like home. Just a few blocks away from the beach.

Each studio has its own private bathroom with hot and cold water, air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, balcony, television and free WiFi.

We have a terrace where you can have a nice afternoon and relax in the hammocks. We also have a garage where you can park your car with no extra charge (included).

Supermarket and restaurants neartby. You can catch a taxi or a bus just outside the building.
Or if you prefer to walk we are only 5 blocks away from the beach and from the famous 5th avenue. In the 5th avenue you can find lots of different kinds of restaurants, stores, bars, and pubs.

We are located in the cross of to important streets: 30th North Avenue with 46 street. On the corner of the Av. 30th North and 46th street you will find a green Pawn Shop called El Pino, right above it you'll find the studios. We have a private entrance behind it, with a brown garage door. You can catch a taxi or a bus just outside the building. Or if you prefer to walk we are only 5 blocks away from the beach and from the famous 5th avenue.
