The 'Eco Oasis' is a complex of 4 separate wooden Lodges (35 m2 each) tucked away in breath-takingly beautiful natural surroundings.
Each Lodge has 2 bedrooms, one with a French bed, the second with a bunk bed, a living room, a terrace and a well equipped bathroom. The complex is located in the Tara Canyon, in the heart of the National Park, 'Durmitor', 50 m away from the Tara River. We are situated in the famous 'Black Pine Woods' listed on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage site.
Besides accommodation, we offer rafting, camping, fishing, hiking and mountain biking tours. We haven't equipped the Lodges with TV or other entertainment devices, as we wanted to create an oasis of peace and encourage guests to take advantage of the wide-range of outdoor activities on offer.
The Djurdjevica Tara Bridge, the Black Lake/ Zabljak, some untouched small lakes in a radius of 20-40km. The Tara river is beside the property.The Tara River cuts the Tara River Gorge, the deepest canyon in Montenegro and Europe and second deepest in the world after Grand Canyon, at 78 kilometers in length and 1,300 meters at its deepest. The Tara River is the largest European supply of drinking water, it is known as 'A tear of Europe'. By foot you can reach the old Monastery of St. Djordje in Dobrilovina, mentioned in the XVI century with the renewal date from 1609.
