The Avalon Court Accommodation is conveniently located on Bealey Avenue, one of the four Avenues that surround the Central Business District. We are approximately 20 minutes walk from Downtown Christchurch. We are within reasonable walking distance of The Cathedral, Arts Centre, Botanical Gardens, ChCh Casino , Art Gallery, Museum and Hagley Park. AMI Stadium is approximately 35 minutes walk away. We are the closest motels to Speights Ale House for brillant meal and a few beverages and also the Richmond Workingmen's Club as its within walking distance and also several restaurants. Excellent bus service runs regularly to city centre and Palms Shopping Mall, bus stop 2 minutes walk from front gate. We are also a close driving distance to The Palms Shopping Mall and QE 2 Swimming Complex. All our units are spacious. We have 6 Studio and 4 x 2 bedroom units; the 2 bedroom units also have a separate lounge. All units have a full kitchen, colour TV (Sky), radio, electric heater, D.D. telephones, electric blankets.
