Bay Cottage is a friendly, family run bed and breakfast set right on the shores of Lough Neagh.
We have two homely guestrooms and a cosy sitting room, all with lovely views of the lake. Our cottage is furnished throughout with a mix of new and antique furniture to ensure a comfortable stay and a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Each room at Bay Cottage is equipped with TV, radio and a hospitality tray. On arrival, you will be welcomed with tea, coffee and biscuits to help you relax after your journey and settle into a holiday frame of mind. Meals served by hosts Elizabeth and Norman (breakfast and an optional evening meal) are prepared whenever the season allows from organic produce grown in our garden.
There is an insulated kennel available outside the house for our furry friends. Dogs and their owners will love going for a walk along the lake. A wide variety of wildlife can be discovered when strolling down the quiet country roads around Lough Neagh.
Guests at Bay Cottage Bed and Breakfast are welcome to park their canoe on the beach and walk up to the house. A shelter for motorbikes and bicycles is available, making the bay cottage perfect for people visiting Northern Ireland on two wheels.
The bay Cottage enjoys a great location as a base for visiting Belfast, Antrim, Ballymena and Lisburn. It is also very near the TACT Wildlife Centre located in Crumlin village. At Bay Cottage you will find a wide range of information about areas of interest, carefully collected by Elizabeth and Norman, who can also offer you their personal recommendations for getting the most out of your stay.

Check out: 11am weekdays, noon (12pm) on weekends. Luggage may be left for collection later during the day.
Breakfast is included in the rates, and evening meals can be prepared on request (prices range from £8 to £15 for three courses).
Credit cards are not accepted. Payments can be made by cash or cheque.
