Things To Note
1. The owner does not want the fireplace in the Master Bedroom to be used.
2. During the dry-season, the town water is at times switched-off for several hours of the day and is switched-on later in the day. To compensate for this, the owners have installed a large fresh water cistern and pump/filter system that feeds the faucets/taps inside the home. This should be more than sufficient for all your daily needs.
