From the train station or bus station you can take a taxi. Ask the driver to drop you off at the corner of Tandapata and 7 Angelitos Street in San Blas Area. From there, you will see a stairs. Just climb it straight and then turn to the right until you see another stairs at your left. It is the third house on the left side- the very pinky one!!
