You can get to the hotel by taking a motor or taxi from the Ica bus station, just ask for Hotel Ollanta, Divino Maestro. It should cost you only 4 - 5 soles depending on number of people and luggage, and it's only a five minutes drive. The taxi drivers can be quite aggressive here for commissions from certain hotels, so don't believe any ridiculous stories that they may try to manipulate you with!
