If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, clean, safe and non expensive place to stay in Lima, come visit us : Lino Family House , we offer nice and comfortable rooms that you can rent for days, weeks or months. We have single ,double and triple rooms with private bath and bathroom outside the room, all rooms with TV, desk, internet wireless. The house has a living room with TV 42' LCD, DVD player, garden, wi fi internet and a complete kitchen. We are non-smoking however there is a balcony and garden area for the smokers. We have laundry machine and hot water 24 hours.
Lino Family House ,has an independent entrance. We can help you organise your trips and book your tickets if you want to travel to other places in lima or Peru . Our cozy guesthouse is surrounded by parks and green areas as well as two of the main avenues that connect the city: Javier Prado Av. and Aviacion Av. (A metro station in the intersection of Javier Prado and Aviacion btw) that makes us the perfect hub to connect you to the whole metropolitan area.
A few steps from our place you'll find Citibank, HSBC, Scotiabank as well as the locals Interbank and BCP and ATM casher. There's also two supermarkets three blocks away (Wong ) where you can buy all of your groceries if you want to cook a nice dinner or just walk to one of the different restaurants nearby Papa Johns, KFC, Bembos, MC Donalds ,Dominos, La Caravana, Norkys, Chilis, Starbucks,and other small business how casinos, discos , Karaoke pubs, peruvian restaurant near home, less than 3 to 5 minutes walking .
You can find a real Mall called 'Centro Jockey Plaza' less than 10 minutes from here. Has everything you can find in a Mall.
Furthermore, we are proud to be just 05 blocks away from the Museum of the Nation (the biggest museum in town), the National Library (with different expositions, theater plays or music concerts). The Great Theater of the Nation is under construction, so we can promise to be the closest cultural hub in the city.
