Tarantula Eco-Hostel is located near the airport and bus terminal and 10 minutes from downtown, with swimming pool set amongst a tropical garden, hammock area, TV lounge, restaurant and bar. The hotel is a conveniently located base to explore the attractions of Puerto Maldonado and the Amazon Rainforest. The staff can arrange guided tours and adventure excursions into the jungle and along the rivers. Tarantula's rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and equipped with en-suite bathrooms. A complimentary breakfast with regional items is served daily in the dining room.
