These two apartments are equipped with double- and king-bed, respectively. They're both fully air conditioned, with private shower, WC and free Wi-Fi.
The largest room has a balcony and a safety box with a view to the National Highway.
Each apartment is good for two, but we accept up to three people without additional cost. Special rates apply for long-term bookings (over five days). Monthly or fortnight booking is possible.
Breakfast can be served a la carte.
We offer the best coffee in Phillipines from local crops and the best selections. Try our Butiki Frappe and Butiki Condensada, signature coffees of our cafe.
Fresh fish (delis and tilapia) is served daily and of course local delicacies like Adobo, Kaldereta and Sinigang are all home-cooked. For international tastes ask for the Butiki Pastas (fetuccini, farfalle and linguini). Greek and Ethiopian salads are signature tastes also.
There is a very big library that has more than 200 volumes of mainly business and culture books at your convenience.
We're located in Muntinlupa Suburb of Manila (Alabang-Tunasan) next to SM Mall of Tunasan along the National Highway, and only 20-30 mins (with a cab) from Aquino International Airport. The transportation is convenient because there is limited traffic in the Skyway. The cost from airport is about 300 pesos (plus 140 for the toll) if you use the airport metered taxi.
