By own transportation: From Manila proceed at North Bound Expressway to San Fernando. Proceed from San Fernado to SBMA, the formerly Naval Base, then to Barretto where Baloy Beach is situated. By Bus: From the Manila Airport take a taxi to Pasay Bus Station. Proceed by Bus all the way to Barretto, Take a jeepney to Barretto 8 km away then a trike the last 1 km.
