We would like to invite you to the Polish seaside, to one of the most beautiful resorts Kolobrzeg.
A comfortable SandRoom apartment is about 150 meters away from the sea and 50 meters from a beautiful promenade, which leads to the pier and many nearby cafes, restaurants, shops, harbour and very attractive lighthouse. A walk to Old Town will take you only few minutes.
We recommend our SandRoom Apartment at any time!
Our guests have free access to an indoor pool, hot tub and saunas.
In summer you will enjoy the sun, beautiful beaches and clean sea. Off season, you will be delighted with clean air, unpolluted nature, boundless beaches, peace and quiet Regardless of a season, we recommend you to use the bike route Dzwizyno-Kolobrzeg-Ustronie Morskie.
The SandRoom apartment is of about 34 sq and 2 people can comfortably rest there.
It consists of: a bedroom, computer corner, meal place, bathroom with a shower and loggia. The apartment is equipped with LCD TV and a computer with an access to the Internet. A kettle and a cooker are also at your disposal.

We have a 72 hours cancellation policy
Only Cash payment on arrival or bank transfer.
Check In: 15:00-21:00 (We also need to know in advance what time you plan to arrive as we do not live in SandRoom Apartment and we need some time to get there and welcome you. We need at least on hour to get there, so please let us know what time we can expect you as soon as you know that otherwise you have to stand in inside a Hotel and you have to wait.)
Check Out: 11:00
You can eat in well- known hotel restaurant. Guest may park their cars for free on the parking lot next to our hotel or on the payable underground parking lot.
Guests are kindly requested to pay a 30% deposit of the total amount in advance via bank transfer or paypal.
