From the Chopin airport:

1. By bus (municipal transport ZTM http://www.ztm.waw.pl/?l=2)

From Warsaw Chopin Airport, take bus 175 (heading towards 'Pl. Pilsudskiego', bus stop situated in front of the Arrival Terminal) and get off at stop called 'Uniwersytet'. From there travel with bus 116, 180 or 222 to stop 'Pl. Zamkowy' (Castle Square) - and from there it's only few minutes walking to street Piwna or ÅswiÄ™tojaÅ"ska which both take you to Rynek Starego Miasta (Old Town Market Place).
IMPORTANT: Than PLEASE GO TO RESTAURANT 'Kamienne Schodki' where the owner will wait for you with the keys (you can also ask there waiters about the owner Danuta)

The one-time ticket will cost you 4,40zl (around 1 euro).
It is possible to buy tickets for public transport in Warsaw at Chopin airport (post ofice at the Departures, newspaper kiosk "RUCH"). Look also for the ticket machine at the bus stop by the exit of Arrivals. You can buy the bus tickets from the driver or ticket machines on the bus itself.

2. By TAXI
For safety reasons, it is advised to use licensed taxi services offered at Chopin airport. Taxi tariffs should be clearly displayed in car windows. Also we advise you to pay in cash.
There are three official taxi companies: Super Taxi (the cheapest of the three), Sawa Taxi and Ele Taxi (names on the side door).
Approximate taxi fee from the airport to the Rynek Starego Miasta is 55 PLN (ca. 14â'¬)
IMPORTANT: At Rynek Starego Miasta (Old Town Market Place) PLEASE GO TO RESTAURANT 'Kamienne Schodki' where the owner will wait for you with the keys (you can also ask there waiters about the owner Danuta).

3. By city train
Chopin Airport and Warsaw’s city centre are connected by a fast and convenient rail link.
The airport train station is to the right of the exit (follow the signs).
The train ride from the airport to the city centre takes approx. 25 minutes.
The service is operated by two companies â€" Szybka Kolej Miejska â€" SKM (Fast Urban Railway â€" red colour) â€" S2, S3C and S3S â€" and Koleje Mazowieckie â€" KM (Masovian Railways â€" green and yellow colour).
The trains go every 15-20 minutes.
Get off at the stop: WARSZAWA CENTRALNA or WARSZAWA ÅsRÃ"DMIEÅsCIE (it depends on the train).
There you have to catch bus number 175 (heading towards Pl. Pilsudskiego);
You will go through the city center, around 7 bus stops (duration approx. 10-15min)

From Warsaw Central rail station

On one side of the train station there is Marriott Hotel (can't miss it).Using an underground passage you have to reach a bus stop 01.Al.Jerozolimskie (next to Marriot).
There you have to catch bus number 175 (heading towards Pl. Pilsudskiego);
You will go through the city center, around 7 bus stops (duration approx. 10-15min)
