Bright sunny apartment with a living room (one bed sofa) with large, partly covered terrace (16 qm).

The bedroom has 2 beds (1x2 m each), a ceiling fan and a balcony with nice views.
The kitchen has a cosy dining area for 4 people and is fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, new washing machine, pots pans, plates, cutlery etc.

Also a chic bathroom with bathtub, floor heating, towels (NO beach towels though), massive (common, but always empty) roof terrace with wonderful views, third floor, no elevator, free parking in front of building.

Siesta is from noon to 1 pm; no loud music after 11 pm. I would love to get the apartment back in the same conditions as I gave it to you. (final cleaning 25 Euros) Small dogs would be ok, if quiet, but please ask me before definite booking.

The apartment is located in a 3 storey building (top floor) with beautiful views.
Bakery and snack bars in front.
