Several restaurants, with all kind of cuisines, as well as leisure and cultural places can be found within a 500-meter radius. The Porto nightlife with its many bars and clubs is at 10 min walking. In front of Porta 33 there is a car park of the Hotel Intercontinental, which is open to public, also public transports such as Bus and Subway. This quarter is known nowadays as Quarteirao das Cardosas which suffered several interventions, mainly in the restoration of all surrounding buildings and stores.
