Directions to Hotel Elvetia

Hostel Elvetia is easily accessible by car, public transport, or even walking. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to it from the city center and also 15 minutes from the train station. By car: From the train station of Deva, take the Zarandului National Road (DN7, E68) in the direction of Sibiu/Bucharest (not Timisoara), then at the 3rd big crossroad turn right on Marasti Street, then immediately take the first small street on the right. Then continue until you arrive on Zamfirescu Street (which turns left itself), then the first street on the right is the Aleea Viitorului, where you'll see directly the hotel. You can easily find (not expensive) taxis directly in front of the train station. By public transport: Take the minibus number 6 or number 8 until the stop 'Lido'. Then continue in the direction of the big fountain, and when you're near the fountain, turn left on the Zamfirescu street, then turn right on the 2nd mini-street, which is Aleea Viitorului. There you'll see directly Hostel Elvetia. But we really recommend the taxis, if you're not coming with your own car!
