This two room freshly renovated apartment is located right in the center of Moscow on the Sadovoe Ring, near Smolenskaya Square, adjacent to the American Embassy.

The building belongs to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs so it is a very secure place. The apartment is located on the 10th floor which provides a beautiful view of the Sadovoe ring and central Moscow.

Four people can be conveniently accommodated here, there is a comfortable, fold out sofa for two people in each room. In the larger room there is also a wardrobe, an arm chair, cushions, shelves and a large TV.

In the second room there is a clothes rack and shelves besides the sofa. A cozy kitchen is fully equipped to provide everything you might need to prepare meals - dishes, cutlery, pots, an electric kettle, gas stove, fridge etc.

The apartment also comes with a washing machine making it very convenient for longer stays, satellite TV, free high speed internet, unlimited International landline calls and other amenities.

Cancellation policy:
Minimum stay is 2 nights
If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged
For late cancellation or noshow - two nights charge
Cancellation policy is as follows:
� If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged
� If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
� In case of no-show, 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
� All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Company. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 2 night�s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the guest�s reserved departure time.
 

Located Near

This apartment is located in a very well-known area of Moscow called Smolenskaya. The area is home to Old Arbat which leads to the Kremlin. Old Arbat is a pedestrian street full of small shops, cafes, theaters and home to a well known, high quality souvenir market. The area is also right on the Ring Road - Sadovaya street. Both sides of the street are full of businesses and restaurants including Impex Bank, the Golden Ring Hotel, El Patio pizza, Planet of Sushi, different coffee shops McCafe.
