This two room apartment is perfect for rest, relaxation, and convenience.

The rooms are semi-detached. In the lounge, there is a splendid air conditioning system.
The room also has a satellite television system, a pull-out sofa/bed covered with comfortable cushions.

The bedroom contains a large mirror and many drawers � making it quite convenient.
You can also have a great rest in the queen-size bed. As for the kitchen, it is well-furnished and includes a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and plate, pots and pans, etc.

The bathroom includes a washing machine and a boiler system for 24 hour hot water. Finally you will not be able to find better apartment for a calm and good rest after a hard day�s work or touring.

Cancellation policy is as follows:
� If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged
� If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
� In case of no-show, 2 nights will be charged as a cancellation fee
� All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Company. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of 2 night�s accommodation per apartment booked will also be applied if the guest moves out of the apartment 1 full day or more before the guest�s reserved departure time.
 

Located Near

Although the apartment is located in Boshaja Sadovaja Street (the Ring Road) which is known as a loud and crowded region of Moscow, it has sound proof windows that prevent you from being disturbed. The apartment is located very close to Mayakovskaya metro station and close to many places of interest. To get to this station you should go to the main street and walk to the left. In about 5 minutes you will get to Mayakovskaya subway station. There are lots of places of interest which are situated near your apartment: the Kremlin, theaters, museums, and concert halls. For example, Tchaikovsky Concert Hall, Theatre Satiry, Theatre Mossovet and Museum of the Revolution are all close by. You know that Kremlin is one of the most famous places of interest in Moscow. So it will take you only 15 minutes to reach this building by foot, heading down Tverskaya Street. The Moscow Zoo is a little more than 10 minutes walk. As for entertainment and dining, there is the Pizza Café Felichita which is located right near the entrance of the arch which leads to your apartment. So Sadovaya Street is a great source of a perfect mood and wonderful atmosphere.
