The Northern Star Guesthouse is located in the modern apartment building in the very center of Severobaikalsk, near the train station.
Due to its central location, most of the cafeterias and other tourist facilities, including the Baikal Amur Railway museum, are only a 5 minute walk from the house. It takes only 7-10 minutes to get to the Lake Baikal shore.
The guesthouse is run by a friendly and hospitable lady Larisa who is always happy to help tourists to get around, and arrange tours and trips for them. Larisa has worked with tourists for many years, therefore she keeps her guesthouse up to standards.
On request Larisa can cook a traditional Russian breakfast for her guests.
