Just 15-minute walk from the Black Sea, our mini-hotel in Sochi offers modern rooms with flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, parking and barbecue facilities.

Our mini-hotel is new - we have been open since 2009. The guest rooms are situated on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building. They are nicely decorated, air-conditioned rooms with a transformer bed that can be arranged as a one single unit double bed or two twin beds depending on the guests' wish, an arm-chair, refrigerator and large windows. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea.

We are situated in a green and quiet area of Bytkha but very close to all the main tourists attractions such as:
- the famous Sochi botanical garden 'Dendrariy' - 10 minutes by bus;
- Sochi city centre, with its well know 'Riviera Park', central embankment, Sochi sea port - 15 minutes by bus;
- the Sochi Yacht Club is 1 km away
