Italian Guesthouse

The guesthouse is built in wood and volcanic stone, structured as a typical colonial house with a beautifull view on Rodney Bay. In the tropical garden you find mango, banana, papaya, cherries trees and a well organized barbeque area. There is also a cottage which hosts, besides the laundry where you can give your clothes to the housekeeper , a relaxing area with double Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower dip in the nature.
The property has two separate apartments with their private kitchen and four cozy apartments with an airy shared kitchen
The property is located into Rodney Bay Marina area, in the north of Saint Lucia island, on the top of a sweet hill which overhang the world famous Marina and Gros Islet village. The white caribbean beaches are 1 mile away and the atlantic beaches are reachable by car crossing the Golf Club 5 miles away. It is strongly recomended for people who love quiet and open-air life, relaxing on the hammoc or have a drink watching the scenic sunset from the panoramic view terrace.

Each apartement has 1 or 2 bedrooms with bathroom, minibar, fan, mosquito net, veranda, free WiFi. Common or private kitchen, barbeque, free laundry service and housekeeper 4 days a week.

The house is located between Rodney Bay Marina and the village of Gros Islet where every friday night take place the famous street party. Gros Islet beach is a beautifull streach of white sand that goes till the National Park of Pigeon Island. Reduit Beach, on the other side of the bay is the touristic beach with bars, water sport and facilities. There is the night life with international restaurants, casino and discos. The Cap Estate Golf Club is 5 kmup north, on the way to the Atlantic beaches
