Inchgrove House

Inchgrove House is conveniently located just 250 yards from Princes Street in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre. Our property is a fully restored 5 storey Georgian town house which offers a range of luxurious guestrooms.

Guests can choose from a range of rooms at Inchgrove House ranging from double and twin rooms to rooms with four poster beds complete with traditional bed hangings. All rooms are ensuite and feature a bath, shower and shaving point- hairdryers are also provided for your convenience. Other inroom amenities include a television and hospitality tray, complimentary wireless internet access is also available throughout the house.

Guests enjoy breakfast served around our large convival table- where all guests can chat and enjoy the meal together. A wide choice of breakfast options are on offer- starting with fruit, juices and cereals following by the large traditional Scottish breakfast which consists of any combination of bacon, eggs, sausages, haggis and cloutie dumplings and much more. Other menu option include kippers or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Our sausages and eggs we serve come freshly direct from Coldstream in the Scottish Borders while our coffee to ground freshly each morning. Vegetarian breakfast options are also available.

Please Note:
1. Smoking is banned by law in the UK & Ireland in all public spaces and Inchgrove House is a strictly smoke free property.
2. All major credit cards accepted- execpt for American Express.
3. As Inchgrove House is a Grade A listing building dating back to 1824 commerical signage is not permitted on the exterior- However we have a large brass No. 8 on the wall next to the door and an exterior bell.
4. Please note out street name is FORRES STREET and we advise visitors to check with their driver or guide that they understand our location is not to be confused with Forest Road.
