Agnes Holligan and her family welcome you to Kariba Guesthouse, a friendly property offering value-for-money bed and breakfast accommodation just a short walk from Edinburgh city centre.
Set in an original Victorian villa in a residential area to the south of Edinburgh, we have a range of bright and comfortable guest rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, television, hairdryers and tea/coffee-making facilities. Although the building has been fully modernised for guests' comfort, it still retains many of its charming original features.
A wonderful Scottish cooked breakfast is accompanied each morning by a continental buffet of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, freshly ground coffee and a selection of teas. Vegetarian options are available.
Private parking is available at Kariba Guesthouse for 6 cars at a rate of £5 a day, so you can leave your vehicle with us and set off by bus or on foot for a day of exploring. Edinburgh city centre is just a 15 minute walk away, and we will be more than happy to help you arrange city tours and day trips around the area, as well as assisting with car hire or restaurant reservations.
Free wireless internet access is available in the dining room.
