On arrival, I went up to my room. The walls of my room were stained. The wooden bedside cabinets and headboard turned out to be sticky when I went to pick up my purse. This gave me cause to strip the bedding to check the bed linen and mattress which, on a possitive note, has to be said were clean. Although I found a dirty sock under the bed which I put in the bin. - I did not report this to the reception. When I went to the shared bathroom/s, the shelf above the sink collapsed and my mobile phone fell in to the sink which still contained water. - I reported this to the reception area. Before going to bed I had a shower. The shower area overflowed and flooded the bathroom. - I reported this to the reception area. On the morning of my departure I went to the shared bathroom/s and unfortunately the lights to both the bathrooms were not working. - I reported this to the reception area. On a possitive note, the ladies who work in the dining room (which was clean & tidy) and kitchen were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
