Located in the centre of broadford, Hillview budget rooms is a large family run 3 storey town house, offering private comfortable rooms to visitors looking for budget accommodation on the isle of skye.

We see ourselves as somewhere between a property property and a B&B.

All our rooms have sea views across broadford bay towards the applecross hills beyond.

We have 4 letting rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large comfortable lounge/sittingroom, rooms: 1 family room that can sleep 4, 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, both bathrooms have showers and 1 has whirpool bath.

All rooms include: linen, towels, hospitality tray with tea coffee making facilities, private off street parking,hairdryer, tv, alarm clock, and free Wi-Fi, although our rates are room only we do provide a complimentary continental breakfast bag for each guest .

Being located in the centre of Broadford gives you an ideal base to discover and explore skye and also gives you the benefit of having all amenities close by, Broadford has some of the best shopping and restaurant facilities on skye and being located in the centre of broadford ensures that any convienience is only a short distance away.

There is a large supermarket, a laundrette, tourist information centre, restaurant, skye jewllery, cash point and 24 hour petrol station all within 100 meters of the house, and a short stroll away there is a chemist bank and post office.
