The apartment is located in the central city municipality - Stari Grad /Old Town, 200m from the Belgrade Kalemegdan fortress, only 300m from the main shopping street - Knez Mihajlova and only 5 minutes of slow walk from the tourist destinations – a bohemian street - Skadarlija. The good position of the apartment enables an easy walk through the centre of the city, usage of a car or the public transportation, and taxi, for other parts of the city.

The apartments are one bedroom-appartments; each is on the 1st floor of a newly constructed building, with the view to the street. It has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, bedroom, comfortable bathroom and hallway. Two persons may use it and beds has standard hotel dimensions with comfortable mattresses and high quality bedding.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (smoking is possible on the balcony). The parking of a car is possible on the space in front of the building (limited time), on the public parking TC Novak.
