At the foothills of the smallest and the most beautiful mountains in the world - in the High Tatras - in the village of Velky Slavkov under the known Peak Slavkovsky you can find the recreational complex Aplend, located only 2 km away from Poprad and 7 km away from Stary Smokovec.

The complex offers spectacular peace and relax but its location makes it suitable also for a wide range of sporting activities for an active type of vacation. Near the area (about 150 m away) there is a bus stop for buses heading to the High Tatras and to Poprad and about 900 m away there is a railway station from which you will get to Poprad, Stary Smokovec and Strbske Pleso.
