Antrim Villa is a wonderful old house built in the late 1800s. Its charm comes from the Victorian style with high ceilings, well kept stuccos, and the original pine flooring. The Villa’s style is Afro Scandinavian accentuated with materials like sisal, bamboo and linen.
The interior has a neutral colour palette with natural colours. In the sun drenched, yet well secluded tropical bamboo and palm garden you will find a large saltwater swimming pool, which is unique for its size (8m x 4m). Loungers, an outdoor shower and pool towels are provided for your convenience and comfort.
The villa provides safe off street parking, 24 hour service and security. The house is located in Green Point, a 5 minute walk to the beach promenade and a 15 minute walk to the new Cape Town stadium.
The Villa has two types of rooms; standard rooms and luxury rooms. Each room has an
en-suite bathroom, safe, fan and heater. The luxury rooms also have iPod docking stations, mini-fridges and flatscreen tvs.
Among the guesthouse amenities guests will find free Internet access at a working station with a laptop and printer, WIFI at an additional cost, TV in the lounge, and an honesty bar. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fresh fruit are complimentary and can be enjoyed at all times.
Antrim Villa is the first guesthouse to be Fair Trade certified in South Africa and they are also a member of Cape Town Tourism.

The N2 will split (approximately 12.5 km after the airport).
Stay to your right towards the City Centre.
After approximately 1.2 km the motorway will split again.
Stay on the lower part (3 right lanes).
Eastern Blvd / Cape Town North / CTICC Waterfront.
Take the Strand Street exit (16.6 km after the airport).
Go up Strand Street (which turns into High Level Road).
Turn right into Hill Road.
Then turn left into Antrim Road.
