We are located on the border of the Southern Suburbs and Cape Flats, a junction between different cultures in the city. Excellent views of the back of Table mountain and 15 minutes drive from False Bay beaches, en route to Cape Point. Transport junction to " coloured" and black african townships within walking distance. By car, 20 minutes maximum to University of Cape Town, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Constantia Nek. Centrally located for those interested in local cultures.
