Aire del Mar Guesthouse is ideally situated in the quiet and small seaside resort of Kleinbaai in the Overberg region just two hours drive from Cape Town along the Garden Route.

Kleinbaai is world renown for great white sharks and whale watching. Your helpful and friendly hosts will be happy to organise for guests to join a boat trip out to see the Great White Sharks from the surface near Dyer Island, while adrenalin junkeys can do cage diving to get really close! The harbour is within walking distance of the guesthouse. Whale watching is possible from July until November; either watch from the shore, or take a boat trip to see these huge beasts from close-up.

1. Spacious luxury rooms, all with en suite bath rooms and balconies from which you have a spectacular unspoilt panoramic view over the bay of Dyer Island [world famous for its shark alley!] - from Danger Point all the way around to the light house of Quion Point in a distance.
All luxury rooms are equipped with satellite TV, wall heater, kettle (with coffee and tea) and a wall safe for your valuables. You start your day with a healthy breakfast and towards the end of the day you can enjoy sundowners from your own balcony or in our fully licensed bar
2. Self-catering studios - with sea view and en suite bathroom. They are equipped with a TV, fridge and microwave and utensils to prepare a light meal
3. A flat which can accommodate four back packers; two bathrooms, TV and kitchen
